01 About Eventixy

Eventixy is an event discovery and booking platform that connects participants with event organizers, organizations, colleges, institutions, and other event providers.

Eventixy may provide services including event discovery, registration, booking, payments, attendance management, notifications, certificates, and event-related communication.

02 Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or registering for an event.

Users who are minors may use Eventixy only with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the eligibility requirements specified by an event organizer.

03 User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an Eventixy account. You agree to:

✓ Keep your login credentials confidential.
✓ Not share your account with another person.
✓ Immediately notify Eventixy if you suspect unauthorized access.
✓ Use your account only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless the unauthorized activity occurred due to a security issue attributable to Eventixy.

Eventixy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

04 Organizer Accounts

Organizers may use Eventixy to create, publish, manage, and promote events. Organizers are responsible for:

✓ Providing accurate event information.
✓ Providing correct dates, times, venues, fees, and eligibility requirements.
✓ Ensuring that they have the necessary authority to organize and publish the event.
✓ Managing participant registrations.
✓ Conducting the event as described.
✓ Communicating material event changes to registered participants.
✓ Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
✓ Handling organizer-specific refunds or cancellations where applicable.

Eventixy may review, approve, reject, modify, suspend, or remove events that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable policies.

05 Event Information

Event details displayed on Eventixy may be provided by the respective organizer.

While Eventixy may take reasonable steps to maintain the quality and accuracy of event information, Eventixy does not guarantee that every event listing will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Participants should review the event details, eligibility requirements, rules, schedule, venue, and other information before registering.

06 Event Registration

When you register for an event through Eventixy:

✓ You agree to provide accurate registration information.
✓ Your registration may be subject to organizer approval or eligibility requirements.
✓ Registration may be limited based on available seats or participation limits.
✓ A registration confirmation may be provided after successful registration.

Some events may require additional information or documents. Event organizers may establish additional event-specific rules that apply to participants.

07 Payments

For paid events, payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information where required.

Eventixy may display the applicable event fee and other charges before payment confirmation. Payment status may depend on confirmation received from the applicable payment service provider.

Eventixy is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, banks, payment networks, or technical issues outside its reasonable control.

08 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the event and organizer. Before completing a paid registration, participants should review the applicable cancellation and refund terms displayed for the event.

Where a refund is approved, the refund may be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider and may be subject to processing timelines.

Eventixy may assist with payment or refund-related issues, but the final refund decision may depend on the applicable organizer policy and circumstances.

09 Event Cancellation or Modification

An organizer may cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify an event. Eventixy may notify registered participants of significant changes where appropriate.

Any refund resulting from an event cancellation or modification will be handled according to the applicable event and organizer refund policy, subject to applicable law.

Eventixy is not responsible for losses arising from event changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10 Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

✓ Follow event rules and organizer instructions.
✓ Provide genuine and accurate information.
✓ Carry required identification or documents where applicable.
✓ Behave respectfully toward organizers, staff, and other participants.
✓ Not misuse registration systems, tickets, QR codes, certificates, or other Eventixy features.
✓ Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or disruptive activities.

Failure to comply may result in cancellation of registration, removal from an event, suspension of an account, or other appropriate action.

11 Prohibited Activities

You must not use Eventixy to:

✓ Commit or facilitate illegal activities.
✓ Create fraudulent or misleading events.
✓ Submit false registration information.
✓ Impersonate another person or organization.
✓ Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
✓ Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
✓ Upload malicious files, software, or harmful content.
✓ Abuse registration, payment, or promotional systems.
✓ Circumvent platform security or access restrictions.
✓ Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
✓ Use Eventixy for unauthorized commercial or promotional activities.

Eventixy may take appropriate action against users who engage in prohibited activities.

12 User-Generated Content

Users and organizers may submit content including event descriptions, images, documents, logos, comments, and other materials. You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit:

✓ Is accurate and lawful.
✓ Does not infringe the rights of another person or organization.
✓ Does not contain malicious software.
✓ Does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading material.
✓ Does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

By submitting content to Eventixy, you grant Eventixy a limited, non-exclusive right to use, store, display, reproduce, and process that content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the platform.

13 Intellectual Property

The Eventixy name, logo, website design, software, interface, graphics, content, and other platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Eventixy content or software without prior written authorization.

Event names, logos, images, and other materials submitted by organizers or users remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

14 Certificates

Where Eventixy provides certificates or digital credentials, certificates may be issued based on information or participation records supplied by the organizer. Eventixy may provide certificate verification features.

Users must not alter, forge, duplicate, or misrepresent Eventixy certificates or verification information.

Eventixy may revoke or invalidate certificates where fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or other violations are identified.

15 Privacy

Your use of Eventixy is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and process personal information.

By using Eventixy, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16 Third-Party Services

Eventixy may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, email providers, authentication services, cloud services, analytics tools, or other external platforms.

Your use of such services may be subject to the respective third party's terms and policies.

Eventixy is not responsible for the availability, security, performance, or policies of third-party services that are outside Eventixy's control.

17 Platform Availability

We aim to keep Eventixy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

19 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eventixy and its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the platform or participation in an event.

This includes losses arising from event cancellation, postponement, changes, inaccurate organizer information, third-party service failures, or participant conduct, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

20 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eventixy and its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

✓ Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
✓ Your misuse of the platform.
✓ Your violation of applicable laws.
✓ Your infringement of third-party rights.
✓ Content submitted by you.
✓ Your participation in or organization of an event.

21 Account Suspension or Termination

Eventixy may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that the user:

✓ Engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
✓ Provided false information.
✓ Created or promoted prohibited content or events.
✓ Attempted to compromise platform security.
✓ Used the platform unlawfully.

Where appropriate, Eventixy may also remove associated events, registrations, content, or other platform data.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page along with the revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Eventixy after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

23 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of Eventixy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the platform operator, subject to applicable law.
